The challenge

JBL's catalog in the region is managed by performance agency Net Publicidad. The team was constantly putting out fires in the feed: missing GTINs, inconsistent titles across speakers, headphones and soundbars, and prices that drifted between the source and what Google Shopping was actually serving.

Approval rate in Google Merchant Center hovered around 71% and the feed error rate sat at 18.4%. Every campaign launch turned into a manual spreadsheet exercise that ate into the time the team should have been spending on growth.

What Net Publicidad built with IRONFEED

Net Publicidad connected JBL's product source to IRONFEED and rebuilt the export pipeline with master fields and conditional rules. Titles now combine brand, product line, model and key spec in the order Google ranks best for audio queries.

Lookup tables map the internal product hierarchy to Google's taxonomy. Filter rules automatically exclude out-of-stock SKUs and edge-case variants before they ever reach Merchant Center.

Validation surfaces every issue before publishing, so the team fixes problems inside IRONFEED instead of chasing disapprovals in Merchant Center.

"Antes vivíamos apagando incendios en el feed. Con IRONFEED el catálogo se mantiene solo, los productos llegan limpios a cada canal y por fin podemos enfocarnos en crecer en vez de exportar planillas."

— Nicolás Tricarico, Head of Net Publicidad (JBL Argentina's media agency)
